SHIPPING POLICIES

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of the product.  Store credit will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours from the date your order was placed.

All products are made to order. Your order will be processed within three to five business days from the date your order is placed and finalized.

If your order is for a special event it is important to indicate the date so that your order is shipped at least one week before the date needed.

Orders are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, where in most cases the expected delivery date will reflect a delivery time of 1 to 2 days in the Northeast, and 2 to 3 days on the West coast. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

If your order is time sensitive it is recommended that you consider using USPS Priority Mail Express service or FedEx, which provides for overnight delivery, with limited exceptions.

Insurance is recommended for all shipments, and can be added to the shipping cost on request.
